Meet Kristin.

Kristin Hoffman and her husband, a retired Army officer, have lived in Vienna for over 25 years. Both of their sons attended Fairfax County Public Schools and graduated from James Madison High School.

Kristin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and her MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of Business. Throughout her 30-year career, she worked in technology and finance as a program manager specializing in new product launches and initiatives.

Actively engaged in her community, Kristin serves on the board of an organization providing equine therapy to veterans, first responders, and individuals with physical and emotional disabilities. She is a job counselor at a nonprofit dedicated to helping women overcome challenges and achieve financial stability. In addition, Kristin is an energetic member of several arts and professional organizations and is president of the Greater McLean Republican Women’s Club.

As a military spouse and mother, she understands the sacrifices made by our veterans, and she is also a staunch supporter of our police and emergency personnel.

Kristin believes in lowering taxes, fixing our schools, and enhancing public safety. To stimulate the economy in Northern Virginia, she will strive to eliminate the car tax and repeal burdensome business regulations. To ensure responsible spending, and to make sure our schools and police departments are fully funded, one of the first things Kristin will do is call for an independent audit of the Fairfax County budget on a regular basis.

Kristin Hoffman is committed to returning Fairfax County to a welcoming, competitive, and desirable place to live that attracts families, businesses, and talent from all over the world with its great schools and low crime rates.
